If you need to cancel your reservation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:
10% of tariff for cancellation 2 weeks beforecheck-in date/time (exclusive of check-indate) refund will be paid within 3 working days from date of cancellation
50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and two working days before check-indate/time(exclusiveofcheck-indate)refundwillbepaid within 3 working days from date of cancellation
No refund for cancellation less than two working days before check-in date/time (exclusive of check-in date)
There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
